CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Legal Basis and Scope

This Cancellation and Refund Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

As MedPOV (the “Company”), the services we provide are classified under the following categories which are exempt from the Right of Withdrawal (Right to Cancel):

• Article 15/1-b: Goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs.

• Article 15/1-ğ: Services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

 

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, once the "Performance of Service" has begun, the right of withdrawal is legally void.

Custom Software & Web Dev Non-Refundable Once code is deployed or server setup is done, the product is "consumed."

Graphic & UI/UX Design Non-Refundable These are "Personalized Products" created specifically for your brand.

Domain Registration Non-Refundable Real-time registration with global authorities (ICANN) is irreversible.

SEO & Ad Management Non-Refundable Labor-intensive services and non-recoverable ad spend budgets.

 

3. Order Cancellation Conditions

A. Pre-Commencement Cancellations

You may request a full or partial cancellation only if the project has not yet entered the production phase.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted via the official support ticket system within 24 hours of purchase.

• If work has not started, a refund will be processed minus any bank/gateway transaction fees and administrative costs (10% of the total amount).

B. Post-Commencement Policy

Once a project has reached any of the following milestones, no refunds will be issued:

• Submission of the first design draft or wireframe.

• Completion of CMS/Software installation on the client’s hosting/server.

• Initiation of SEO audits or social media content planning.

• Allocation of dedicated human resources (man-hours) to the project.

 

4. Quality Assurance and Technical Support

MedPOV does not offer refunds based on "subjective aesthetic dissatisfaction." However, we stand behind our work:

• Bug Fixes: Any technical errors originating from our software services will be corrected free of charge within the scope of the project agreement.

• Revision Rights: Each service comes with a specific number of revision rounds (as stated in the service description). We encourage clients to use these rounds to align the final product with their vision.

• Content Responsibility: The client is responsible for reviewing service details, portfolios, and "Learn More" sections before purchase.

 

5. Hosting and Third-Party Services

MedPOV is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g., Hosting servers, API providers, or Google/Meta algorithm updates). Payments made to third parties for these services are strictly non-refundable.
